Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have passed since confirmed delivery of your purchase, the item is no longer eligible for a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unhandled/unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Damage to the product at the possession of the client voids all eligibility for return and refund.

To return your product, send us a request at info@artbyelaineb.com within 15 days from delivery date. Then you will have 5 days to complete the application process (e.g. submission of photo of damage not caused by consumer).Please include proof of purchase.

If you are returning more expensive items, we suggest using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Art by Elaine B LLC is not responsible for lost return shipment.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 business days.

Original paintings

All original paintings are final sale and not eligible for return/refund due to the free personalized gifts for you that was included in the shipment of your purchase.

Digital products

Downloadable and printables are not eligible for refund.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
